Miller, 60, district magistrate of Addison Township, died Saturday, June 16, 1973, while vacationing in Mize, Miss. Born Sept. 7, 1912, in Grantsville, Md., he was a son of Joel H. and Amanda (Diehl) Miller. Surviving are his wife, the former Ludie Tillson; and a sister, Mrs. Mary Holliday of Addison. He was preceded in death by a sister and two brothers. Owner of Miller Motor Mart in Addison, Mr. Miller was a past president of Turkeyfoot Valley School Board, a veteran of World War II, a member of Confluence Lions Club, a past district governor of Lions, member of American Legion, Ursina; a member of St. John's Lutheran Church of Addison and has served as a member of Somerset County Development Council. Funeral service was held Tuesday afternoon in Humbert Funeral Home, Confluence, with Rev. Gordon Edwards and Rev. John R. Hickson officiating. Interment in Addison Cemetery.
