  MILLER
  
  Marian V. Miller, 73, of Berlin RD 1, died May 7, 1984, at Somerset
  Community Hospital.  Born Sept. 9, 1910, in Berlin, daughter of John
  W. and Susanne (Coleman) Ross.  Preceded in death by her parents; her
  first husband, Lloyd Saylor; and a son, Lloyd V.  Survived by husband,
  Dwight D.; a daughter, Mrs. Dale (Vee-Ann) Knupp, Somerset; and a son,
  Dale P. Miller, Somerset; 12 grandchildren and four
  great-grandchildren; also brothers: Harry Ross, Hayden Lake, Idaho;
  and John E. Ross, Ponta [sic] Gorda, Fla.  
  Member of the First Brethren Church, American Legion,
  V.F.W. and Berlin Fire Department ladies auxiliaries.  Friends will
  be received from 7-9 p.m. Tuesday and 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Wednesday at
  the Johnston-Kuhlman Funeral Home, Berlin, where services will be
  held at 2 p.m. Thursday, with the Rev. Ralph E. Mills officiating. 
  Interment, Berlin I.O.O.F. Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers,
  contributions in her memory to the American Cancer Society, Somerset
  branch, Scull Building, Somerset, would be appreciated.  American
  Legion Auxiliary memorial service at the funeral home 7:30 p.m.
  Wednesday.
