Lloyd Nedrow, 92 formerly of Johnstown, died late Saturday, April 15, 1978, at the Church of the Brethren Home, Scalp Level. Born in Salt Lick Township, Fayette County, Sept. 29, 1885, he was the son of the late John M. and Mary Ann Ferguson. He was a retired minister agter 47 years of church service in Pennsylvania and Ohio and was the former pastor of the Woodale Church of the Brethren and the Sipesville Church of the Brethren. He was a member of the Moxham Church of the Brethren, Johnstown. He is survived by his second wife, Lizzie Reese Nedrow; one son, Samuel L., Mechanicsburg; two stepstons, Bert W. Reese, Mechanicsburg, and Merle W. Reese, Hawaii; one daughter, Mrs. James Bollie Hostetler, Palmyra; one brother, Riley A., of the Windber Church of the Brethren Home; one sister, Mrs. Herman Grace Heisey, Brethren Village, Neffsville; 12 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Sadie Reese Nedrow; one son, Walter J.; one daughter, Mrs. Herman Mildred Bowser; one stepdaughter, Mrs. Edward (Goldie) Cernetich; two brothers and five sisters. Funeral services will be held at the Douglas Clyde King Funeral Home, Indidan Head, Tuesday from 4-9 p.m. Family receiving hours Tuesday from 6-9 p.m. and Wednesday from 9-10 a.m., the time of service with the Rev. Noah Martin and the Rev. William Gould officiating. Interment, Mt. Nebo Cemetery, Champion. Daily American, April 17, 1978
