  PATTON
  
  Chester R. Patton, 87, Salisbury, died July 14, 1986, at Meyersdale
  Community Hospital.  He was born in Preston County, W.Va., Feb. 1,
  1899.  He was a son of Isaac and Carrie B. Patton. His wife, Sadie
  (McClean) Patton, is deceased.  He is survived by one daughter, Mrs.
  Betty Murray, Salisbury.  He was a member of the St. John Lutheran
  Church, Salisbury; a fireman with the Masontown Volunteer Fire
  Department; a member of the Valley Lodge 459 F&AM.  Arrangements are
  in charge of the Thomas Funeral Home.  Viewing Wednesday between 7-9
  p.m. and Thursday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Services Friday at 10 a.m. with
  the Rev. David Fetters.  Interment, Lafayette Memorial Park, Route 40,
  east of Brownsville Masonic service Thursday at 7 pm.
