  CARRIE P. PFAHLER 
  
  Carrie P. Pfahler, 89, of Meyersdale, died April 19, 1981, at St.
  John's Lutheran Home, Mars.  She was born Oct. 10, 1891, in
  Meyersdale, a daughter of the late Leopold and Mary Jane (Whitford)
  Dannecker.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Ralph.  She is
  survived by these children: the Rev. John W. Pfahler Sr., Pittsburgh;
  George D. of Everett RD 1; Mrs. Emma Estelle McIntosh of Pittsburgh;
  and Mrs. Carolyn Haman, New Castle, Ohio; 12 grandchildren; and two
  great-grandchildren.  She was a sister of Mrs. Gertrude Cartright,
  Perryopolis; and Miss Bess Dannecker of Everett.  Friends were
  received at the Price Funeral Home, Meyersdale.  Services were
  conducted at the Zion Lutheran Church, Meyersdale, with the Rev.
  Lloyd Wilson officiating.  Interment, Union Cemetery.  Living memorials
  may be given to the Zion Lutheran Church, Meyersdale.
