  PHILLIPPI
  
  Ethel F. Phillippi, 80, Rockwood RD 2, died June 28, 1993, in the
  Mercy Hospital, Johnstown.  Born June 25, 1913, in Middlecreek
  Township, daughter of the late Walter and Mary (Chopson) Cullison.
  Also preceded in death by husband, Ray R. Phillippi Sr., May 5, 1978;
  by a daughter, Shirley Phillippi; an infant son and by two
  great-granddaughters.  Survived by these children: Mrs. James D.
  (Delores) Fisher, Mrs. Ted D. (Arlene) Singo, and Ray R. Phillippi
  Jr., married to the former Esther Stanczyk, all of Rockwood RD 2;
  James L. Phillippi, married to the former Nancy Charlton, Friedens RD
  1, and George R. Phillippi, married to the former Linda Benner,
  Columbus, Ohio; also 15 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
  Attended the Center Church of the Brethren.  Friends received from 2
  to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday (today) at the Hauger-Zeigler Funeral
  Home, where services will be held at 10 am. Thursday, with the Rev.
  N.D. Herring officiating.  Interment, Wesley Chapel Cemetery.
