  DR. JOHN R. PHILLIPS
  
  Dr. John R. Phillips, 73, pediatrician, of Tuscon, Arizona, died
  Sept. 14, 1981.  He was born in Meyersdale and was the son of the late
  Charles A. Phillips, Meyersdale.  He was a graduate of the Meyersdale
  High School's Class of 1926.  He attended Ohio Weslyan and Medical
  School University, Rochester N.Y.; interned in West Penn Hospital,
  Pittsburgh and Strong Memorial Hospital Rochester, N.Y.  He is
  survived by his wife, Grace, and six children.  Also brothers, James
  D. Phillips, Clairton; J. Bruce Phillips, Meyersdale; Dr. William A.
  Phillips, Yuma, Arizona.
