Pletcher, 78, of West Leisenring, died Oct. 4, 1995, in Montefiore Hospital, Pittsburgh. Born Nov. 17, 1916, in Fayette County, a daughter of the late William and Sadie (Rodahaver) Lowden. Protestant by faith. Survived by 2 daughters: Mrs. David (Donna) Tomasko of Connellsville and Mrs. Robert (Karen) Lorenzo of Mentor, Ohio; 2 sons: William E. Pletcher of Cleveland, Ohio and Richard E. Pletcher and Sharon of West Leisenring; 13 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren. Survived by one brother, John Lowden of West Leisenring, and a sister, Mrs. John (Rosella) Tinkey of McDonald. She was predeceased by her husband, Clark E. Pletcher, March 4, 1991; a daughter, Mrs. Gary (Marlene) Moore, July 3, 1994; a brother, Hobart Lowden, and a sister, Mrs. Delorse Bukovan. Friends received from noon to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday at The Brooks Funeral Home Inc., 111 E. Green St., Connellsville, where services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, with the Rev.
