  PLUCK
  
  Charles O. Pluck, 73, of Hooversville, died Saturday, June 2, 2001,
  at home.  He was born Feb. 28, 1928, in Lowber, a son of the late
  George and Mary Edna (Harper) Pluck.  In addition to his parents, he
  was preceded in death by his wife, June N. (Monticue) Pluck; two
  brothers: William and Lawrence Pluck; and three sisters: Rose Knupp,
  Ann Matterson and Bertha Holridge.  He is survived by four children:
  Charles L. of Beat Rocks, Clarence O. of Hooversville, Deborah Watt
  of Uniontown and Luther B. Pluck of Berlin; 14 grandchildren; 17
  great-grandchildren; two sisters: Mary Berkbile and Viola Cramer,
  both of Somerset; and several nieces and nephews.  Prior to
  retirement, he worked for Latrobe Construction.  Friends were received
  Sunday at the Gaut-Bacha Funeral Home, Inc., Pleasant Unity, where
  funeral services will be held Monday at 11 a.m. with the Rev. James
  L. Monticue officiating.  Interment to follow in Fairview Cemetery,
  Mt. Pleasant Township.
