  ROBERT PRICHARD
  
    Robert Prichard, 70, of Frostburg, MD, past president of the
  Prichard Corporation, died Thursday, Jan. 11, 1990, at Memorial
  Hospital, Cumberland, Md.
    Born June 3, 1919 in Frostburg, MD; he was the son of the late E.
  Irvin and Annie (Blank) Prichard.
    A graduate of Pennsylvania State University and a member of Delta
  Tau Delta fraternity, he served in the Army in World War II.  He was
  a director of the First National Bank of Maryland and the Superior
  Clay Corporation, Uhrichsville, Ohio, and was a past director of the
  American Hardware Supply Company.
    He was a member of Salem United Church of Christ; the Oakmont
  Country Club, Pittsburgh; the Carnousti Golf Club in Scotland, Pa.;
  the Maplehurst Country Club; Frostburg BPO Elks Lodge 470; and
  Farrady Post 24, American Legion.
    Survivors include his widow, Ruth (Bolden) Prichard; two sons,
  Robert W. Prichard and Ronald B. Prichard, both of Frostburg, Md.;
  one daughter, Dianne L. Brodell, Cleveland, Ohio; two sisters, Evelyn
  P. Smith and Louise P. Weaver, both of Advance, N.C.; one brother,
  William B. Prichard, Frostburg, MD; and four grandchildren.
    One brother and one sister preceded him in death.
    Friends were received at the Sowers Funeral Home where services
  were conducted Sunday at 2 p.m. by the Rev. John G. Ferguson.
    Interment, Frostburg Memorial Park.
