  ROSS
  
  Leora N. Ross, 81, of Meyersdale, D.O.A. Meyersdale Community
  Hospital, Aug. 23, l989.  She was born Sept. 8, l907, in Summit
  Township, a daughter of the late John and Ellen (Bittner) Ackerman.
  She was preceded in death by her husband, Ernest E.  She is survived
  by three sons: Richard of Cleveland, Ohio; Ernest of Tawares, Fla;
  and John of Bellwood, Pa.; seven grandchildren and four
  great-grandchildren.  She was a member of Zion Lutheran Church,
  Meyersdale.  Friends will be received at the Leckemby Funeral Home,
  Friday, 2-4 and 7-9 p.m., and from 9-11 a.m. Saturday, time of
  service, with the Rev. Pamela Armstrong officiating.  Interment, Fritz
  Cemetery.
