  FRANK E. ROWE 
  
  Frank E. Rowe, Sr., 78, of Phoenix, Ariz., formerly of Meyersdale,
  died Feb. 23, 1981, in Phoenix.  He was born July 2, 1902, in
  Pennsylvania, a son of the late Frederick and Clara (Burnside) Rowe.
  He was preceded in death by his first wife, the former Lillian
  Hjertsted.  He is survived by his second wife, the former Dorothy
  Gilroy, and these children: Frank Jr., Seattle, Wash.; Robert and
  Paul, both of New York, N.Y.; and Mrs. Alida Small, El Paso, Texas;
  eight grandchildren; four great-grandchildren.  He was the brother
  of Harry and Mrs. Clara Tubbs, both of Florida.  Services were
  conducted at Price Funeral Home, Meyersdale, with the Rev. Wayne
  Rickard officiating.  Interment, Union Cemetery.
