Born March 29, 1930, in Cresson, son of John and Catherine (Poliska) Russian. Preceded in death by parents; brothers, Metro and Charles, killed in action during WW II, and Mike and a sister, Mary. Survived by his widow, the former Bernice Sipe; daughter, Sherry, wife of Edward Wilson; son, Jeff, and grandchildren, Kara L. and Lucas E. Wilson. Brother of John, married to the former Helen V. Roberts, Central City; George, married to the former Rena P. Wagner, Cairnbrook, and Ann, wife of Charles Courtock, New Jersey. Also sistes-in-law, Betty, and a number of nieces and nephews. A U.S. Army veteran of the Korean War; received five bronze battle stars. He retired with 24 years of service from the U.S. National Bank. Friends will be received from 7 to 9 p.m.Tuesday and 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at The Mulcahy Funeral Home, Central City. Body Will lie in state from 10 am. Thursday until time of service at 11 am. at the Central City Christian church, Evangelist Eric Smith officiating. Interment, McGregor Cemetery, Caimbrook. Graveside military rights by the Central City VFW and American Legion. Friends who wish may make contirbutions to the Regional Hospice al Windber in Frank's memory.
