    Velma Dorothy Santacroce, 87, Somerset, died July 15, 1996 at
  Somerset Hospital.  Born May 6, 1909 in Johnstown, daughter of Dorsey
  Milton and Jessie Bertha (Wilson) Berkebile.  Preceded in death by
  first husband, James Melvin Kyle; second husband, Frederick J.
  Santacroce, who died June 7, 1996; brother, James Berkebile; and
  sister Zola Jane Stiffler, who died July 13, 1996.  Survived by these
  children:  Mrs. James B. (Flora Jean) Schrock, Somerset RD 3; Mrs.
  Preston C. (Louise) White, Las Vegas, Nev.; and Mrs. Harold (Sharon)
  Niklaus, Lancaster; 9 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren; 3
  great-great grandchildren.  Sister of Mrs. Olive Sullivan, Arab,
  Ala.; Merdith W. Berkebile, Somerset; Harold W. Berkebile,
  Monroeville; Mrs. Marvin (Ila) Hallowell, Wheatfield, Ind.; Dorsey M.
  Berkebile, Toledo, Ohio; and Wayne E. Berkebile, Fruitland Park,
  Fla.  Member of Johnstown Grace Brethren church, personnel director
  of G. C. Murphy, Annapolis, Md. retiring in 1974 after 22 years of
  service.  Friends will be received 2-4 and 7-9 p.m., Thursday at
  Hauger-Zeigler Funeral Home, where service will be conducted at 10
  a.m., Friday, with the Rev. Rodney L. Lingenfelter officiating. 
  Interment Somerset Memorial Park.  Contributions may be made to
  Somerset Grace Brethren Church, RD 3, Somerset, Pa. 15501.
