Born in Somerset County, November 22, 1902, a daughter of Henry W. and Annie (Howard) Durst. Preceded in death by her two husbands: Charles Hanson and Clarence Sarver; one son, Rinard; two infant sons; one brother and one sister. Survived by one son, Paul D. Hanson, Somerset RD 2; and these stepchildren: Mrs. Howard Charlton, Mrs. Vincent Charlton, Mrs. Dwight Sarver, Sarver [sic], Miss Rita Sarver and Kenneth Sarver, all of Friedens RD 1, Mrs. Earl Stahl, Somerset RD 6, and Mrs. Jeffery Ward, Somerset; three grandchildren; one great-grandchild; 24 step grandchildren; 30 step great-grandchildren; and two sisters: Mrs. William Golby, Quecreek, and Mrs. Arthur Arden, Somerset. Member of the Beulah Methodist Church. Friends are being received in the Robert H. Halverson Funeral Home where service will be conducted Tuesday at 10:30 a.m. with Rev. J. Wesley Spahn officiating.
