  GRACE BOYER SEMBOWER
  
    Grace Boyer Sembower, 96, of Rockwood, died June 3, 1981, in
  Meyersdale Community Hospital.
    She was born Oct. 11, 1884, in Stonycreek Township, Somerset
  County, a daughter of the late Peter and Sarah (Speicher) Boyer Lowry.
    She is survived by these children: Maynard and Leonard, both of
  Rockwood; Ray, of Somerset; Robert, of Pittsburgh; Harry, of
  Friedens; and a daughter, Sara Mullaney of Cumberland, Md.  Also by
  two half-brothers: Millard and Edgar Lowry, both of North Canton,
  Ohio; one half-sister, Kate Hay of Berlin; 18 grandchildren; 25
  great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren.
    She was preceded in death by her husband, William F. Sembower Sr.
  in 1957, and the following children: Helen Clay, Maurice B., Adam J.,
  Harold P., William F. Jr. and John P.  She was a life-long member of
  the Rockwood Church of the Brethren; also a member of the Ladies Aid
  Society.
    Friends were received in the William J. Wood Funeral Home, Rockwood.
    Services were held at the Rockwood Church of the Brethren, with
  pastor Rev. Scott Cooper officiating.  Interment, Rockwood I.O.O.F.
  Cemetery.
