  SHROYER
  
    Goldie D. Shroyer, 80, of Mill Run RD 1, died Saturday, Sept. 13,
  1997 at her residence.  She was born Jan. 16, 1917 in Springfield
  Township, a daughter of the late Alva and LuCartha Showman
  Basinger.  She was a member of the Critchfield Christian and
  Missionary Alliance Church and a member of the Mill Run Senior
  Citizens.  She is survived by two daughters.  Mrs. Jess (Mildred)
  Chrise of Confluence RD 1 and Florence Wilt and her husband Roy
  Counts of Mill Run RD 1; four grandchildren, Melvin Shroyer and his
  wife Ruth, Clifford Shroyer and his wife Margie, Wendell Shroyer and
  his fiance [sic] Terri and Shannon Counts; one sister, Grace Baer of
  Rockwood RD 3.  In addition to her parents she was predeceased by her
  husband Kenneth Shroyer in 1993, one son Dale Shroyer and one sister,
  Stella Neel.  Friends received from 2-9 p.m. Monday and 10 a.m. to 9
  p.m. Tuesday at the Clyde Brooke Funeral Home Inc., Route 711,
  Melcroft where funeral services will be held at 1 p.m., Wednesday,
  with Rev. Thomas Milford and Rev. David Huey officiating.  Interment
  will follow in the Imel Cemetery.
