  MALINDA ELLEN SMITH
  
    Malinda Ellen Smith, 81, of Dunbar RD 2, died July 12, at Highland
  Hospital and Health Care Center, Connellsville.
    Born June 17, 1906 at New Germany, she was a daughter of the late
  Stephen and Rhoda (Broadwater) Wilt.
    She was also preceded in death by her husband, Lawrence S. Smith on
  Nov. 29, 1967.
    Surviving are four sons: Cecil Smith, Delbert Smith, James Smith
  and Dale Smith; and four daughters: Loretta Smith, Frieda Smith and
  Mary Jane Smith, all at home; one sister, Mrs. Savilla Broadwater,
  Swanton, Md.; three grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
    Friends were received at the Newman Funeral Home, Grantsville, Md.
  where services were conducted July 14 at the Dry Run Mennonite Church
  by the Rev. Alva Maust.  Interment will be in the Broadwater Cemetery,
  Dry Run.
