  STARK
  
    Edith V. Stark, 91, West Union Street, Somerset, died April 12,
  1993 in Siemon Lakeview Manor Estate.  Born Dec. 4, 1901 in Jenner
  Township, daughter of the late John W. and Bertha (Smucker)
  Griffith.  Preceded in death by parents; husband, Arthur; son, Paul;
  one infant brother and two sisters: Millie Parson and Marjorie
  Johnston.  She is survived by two daughters, Eleanor L., married to
  Albert F. Sprock; and Betty, married to Wade Helvey, both of
  Somerset; one brother, Dwight Griffith, Uniontown; one sister, Nellie
  Jack, Somerset; four grandchildren - Judy Zimmerman, Dennis and Craig
  Sprock and Michelle Eyles; and four great grandchildren - Eric,
  Brett, Jason and Alicia Zimmerman.  Member of Trinity Lutheran
  Church, Trinity Fellowship and Chapel Sunday school class.  She was
  retired from the Somerset Area School District cafeteria.  Friends
  will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday (today) in
  Robert H. Halverson Funeral Home.  Funeral services at 12 noon
  Thursday in Trinity Lutheran Church, with Pastor Robert L. Hoover Jr.
  officiating.  Interment, Lichty Cemetery.  There will be no viewing in
  the church.  In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to the Trinity
  Lutheran Church.
