    Marie E. Stemmler, 72, Boswell RD 2, died Aug. 22, 1983, at Lee
  Hospital.  Born April 4, 1911, in Derry, a daughter of Albert T. and
  Alice E. (Finnegan) Fisher.  Preceded in death by parents; sister,
  Martina Felbaum; brother, Gerard; two grandchildren.  Survived by
  husband, Harvey B., and these children: Joyce, wife of Gerald Thomas,
  Hollsopple RD 2; Betsy, wife of Raymond Lankey, Allison Park; Linda,
  wife of John Martin, Waynesburg; Timothy, married to former Donna
  Petrocy, Boswell RD 2; and 12 grandchildren.  Sister of Rosalia
  Potthoff, Connellsville; Joseph, Lucille Bergman and Rita Johnston,
  all of Derry; Nadeline Crissman, Pittsburgh; also, sister-in-law,
  Elizabeth Fisher, Derry.  Member of St. Stanislaus Catholic Church,
  Boswell, and Laurel Mt. Senior Citizens.  Observed 48th wedding
  anniversary Sept. 11, 1982.  Friends received from 7 to 9 p.m.
  Tuesday and 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at Hoffman Funeral Home,
  227 Allegheny St., Boswell, where service will be held at 7:30 p.m.
  Wednesday.  Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. Thursday at St.
  Stanislaus Church with the Rev. Alfred Evanoski, O.F.M. Conv.,
  officiating.  Interment, Mt. Zion Cemetery.
