  EDWARD E. THOMAS 
  
  Edward E. Thomas, 71, of Hyndman RD 1, died November 22, 1983, in Fairhope.
  Born in Fairhope Township Aug. 2, 1912, he was a son of the late William
  Thomas and Alice (Emerick) Thomas.  He is survived by his widow, Sarah
  (Custer) Thomas; five daughters, Mrs. Effie Brown, Buffalo, N.Y.; Mrs.
  Eleanor Stair, Alum Bank; Mrs. Shelby Gable, Cresaptown, Md.; Mrs. Roberta
  Boland, Easley, S.C., and Mrs. Leetta Smith, DePew, N.Y.; a sister, Mrs.
  Hazel Fair, Texas; 13 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. The
  Harvey H. Zeigler Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
