  TIPTON
  
  Ruth Cutchall Tipton, 74, of Berlin died Sept. 1, 2001 at home.  Born April
  12, 1927 in Meeker, Okla., daughter of the late Floyd and Gertrude
  (Ridcoft) Cutchall.  Survived by her husband, Leland F. Tipton, whom she
  married on Jan. 21, 1947 in Colorado Springs, Colo.  Also survived by a
  brother and sister-in-law, Loyd and Darla Cutchall, and their family,
  Portersville and two aunts, Mary Harper and GladysHoover, both of
  Mercersburg.  She was co-owner of Tipton's Jewelry of Berlin since 1953. At
  Ruth's request she will be cremated with no viewing or service.
  Arrangements by Deaner Funeral Home, Berlin.  Memorial contributions may be
  given to the Humane Society of Somerset County, Somerset, Pa. 15501.
