  WAGNER
  
  J. Clyde Wagner, 74, Lewistown RD 4, died March 29, 1974.  He was
  born in Buckstown on May 28, 1899, the son of the late Doyle and Cora
  (Berkebile) Wagner.  He is survived by his wife, Jane Yoder Wagner;
  two children, Harold E., Shirleysburg; and Mrs. Sandra Baker,
  Placentia, Calif.; one sister, Mrs. Mae Ohs, Johnstown; 8
  grandchildren; one great-grandchild.  He was the president and
  founder of the Juniata Memorial Park, Lewistown; Haven Rest Memorial
  Park, Mt. Union; and the Huntingdon (Pa.) Memorial Gardens.  In his
  early life, he had operated a service station and general store on
  the Stoystown Road.  Funeral services, Monday, 1 a.m., at Heller's
  Woodlawn Funeral Home, Lewistown the Rev. Robert G. Sander
  officiating.  Interment, Juniata Memorial Park.  Friends may call
  Sunday 7-9 p.m. at the funeral home.
