She was born in Allegheny Township, near Glencoe, Somerset County, Pa., a daughter of George and Emma (Miller) Broadwater, and lived in Pennsylvania until about fifteen years ago when the family moved to Winter Garden, Fla. She is survived by her husband, Howard A. Walker, and two sons: Irvin and Floyd Walker, and by one granddaughter, all of Winter Garden. Also by the sisters and brothers: Mrs. Belle Krissinger, Pittsburgh; Mrs. Irene Miller, Mrs. Florence Carothers, and Luke Broadwater of Findley, O.; Walter Broadwater of Colorado, Robert Broadwater, Canton, O., and Dr. Frank Broadwater of Adrian, Mich.; also by these step-sisters and step-brothers: Mrs. Peter Mognet, Somerset; Harry Werner, Uniontown, and William Werner, Kittanning, Pa. Funeral services and interment were in Winter Garden, Fla. Meyersdale Republican, October 14, 1948
