MISSOURI WALKER

  Mrs. Missouri A. Walker, 77, Garrett R.D. 1, died Wednesday morning, Dec. 18, 
at the home of her son, Earl G. Walker, Garrett, following an illness of 19 
months.  She was a daughter of Henry and Susan Hauger Stahl and was born in 
Somerset County.  Her husband, Norman Walker, is dead.
  Three children survive, Mrs. Marion Walker and Roy Walker, both of Somerset, 
and Earl Walker of Garrett R.D. 1.  Also two sisters and a brother survive, Mrs. 
Preston Walker, Somerset; Mrs. Fred Blaul, Baltimore, and Edward Stahl, Berlin.  
Friends were received at Earl Walker's home.
  Funeral services were in the Fritz Lutheran Church in Brothersvalley Township.  
Rev. John Hoenstine, former pastor, officiated.  Burial in the church cemetery 
under directon of Johnson and Son, Berlin.
