   WALTERS
  
  Loretta K. (Cober) Walters, 83, of Cape Coral, Fla., formerly of
  Somerset, died Dec. 18, 1996, in Cape Coral Hospital.  She was a
  widow of Jay M. Walters.  Surviving are a son, Jay M., of Harrisburg;
  a sister Betty Lotz, of New Cumberland; and a granddaughter.  She was
  retired from the Pennsylvania Department of Education.  Burial will
  be in Arlington National Cemetery at the convenience of the family.
