Layton, North Street, recently received word of the death of her cousin, Mrs. Caroline Graves Warn, who passed away at the Warn home in Ontario, California, March 28, 1941. Mrs. Warn was a daughter of the late John S. Graves, for many years industrial leader in Meyersdale in the lines of contracting and building, and Mrs. Graves, who is still living, at the age of 88, in San Diego, California. Mrs. Warn is survived by her husband, who is engaged in mercantile pursuits in Ontario, California, and four sons and three daughters. She also leaves three sisters, the Misses Lou and Saran Graves, at home with their mother in San Diego, and Mrs. Anna Guy, who resides in the state of Utah. Death was due to high blood pressure which culminated in an affection of the brain. Funeral services were held March 31, 1941, at 2 o'clock p.m., in Richardson's Chapel, Ontario, the Rev. Paul O. Steps, pastor of Westminster Presbyterian Church. Interment was made in Bellevue Cemetery. Meyersdale Republican, May 1, 1941
