  WARNICK
  
  Vernie W. Warnick, 58, of Garrett, died Feb. 9, 2003 at his home. 
  Born Nov. 28, 1944 in Frostburg, Md., a son of the late Carl Mason
  Warnick and Pauline (Wear) Warnick Sturtz.  Also preceded in death by
  a sister Vanessa Clark and brothers Paul and Leslie Thomas.  Survived
  by his mother and a daughter, Crystal Dawn McCoy of Cumberland, Md. 
  Brother of Luther, Berlin, Norman, Waynesburg, Pearl Keefler and
  Margaret Marion both of Cumberland, Md., Esbelle Marie Yutzy of
  Florida, Catherine Bishop and Carly Hemminger, both of Handcock, Md.;
  also Connie and Janie.  Friends will be received from 7 to 9 p.m.
  Wednesday and 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday at the Leckemby Funeral
  Home where the funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Friday.  Interment,
  Frostburg Cemetery.
