  WISE
  
  John Stanford Wise, 74, of South Kimberly Avenue, Somerset, died
  April 27, 1976, in Somerset Community Hospital.  He was born Oct. 5,
  1901, in Armstrong County, a son of the late Rev. John and Carrie
  (Barr) Wise.  Also preceded in death by two brothers and two
  sisters.  Survived by widow, the former Jenny M. Pritts; a daughter,
  Mrs. Daniel (Ivodeene) O'Donnell, of Jim Thorpe, Pa.; a
  granddaughter, Barbara Ann, Washington, D.C.; and a sister, Mrs.
  Mildred Saylor, Orlando, Fla.  Member of Grace United Methodist
  Church and the F.O.E.  In 1941, he formed the J.S. Wise Insurance
  Agency, from which he retired Jan. 25, 1971.  Friends will be
  received after 7 p.m. today, Wednesday, in the Richard E. Hauger
  Funeral Home, where service will be conducted at 1:30 p.m. Friday,
  the Rev. Charles L. Rummel.  Interment, Somerset County Memorial Park.
