Woolley, 85, of Somerset RD 1 died Oct. 18, 1983, at Maple Mountain Manor. Born May 24, 1898, in Trent, Pa., son of the late Andrew and Sarah (Yinkey) Woolley. Preceded in death by one son, three sisters and four brothers. Survived by his wife, the former Myra Friedline; one son, Ray of Somerset RD 1; nine grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren; a brother, Clyde of Florida. Attended the Somerset Church of God. A coal miner and farmer by occupation. Friends were received Tuesday 7 to 9 p.m. and will be received 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at the Wilbur D. Miller Funeral Home where funeral service will be conducted 2 p.m. Thursday with the Rev. D.L. Buchannan officiating. Interment, St. John's Cemetery. Daily American, October 19, 1983 [W1727]
