BETTY EDWARDS YOUNKIN

  Mrs. Betty Edwards Younkin, 27, died Thursday, Jan. 6, in the E. M. Price 
Hospital, where she had been admitted Monday evening.  She was the daughter of 
Mr. and Mrs. G. W. Edwards; the family formerly lived in Johnstown.  Mrs. 
Younkin had been in ill health for the last two years.
  She is survived by her parents, her husband, Jack Younkin, one sister, Mrs. 
Lawrence Critchfield, and one brother, Lt. Joseph R. Edwards, in the service of 
his country, stationed in Louisiana.
   Funeral services were conducted Saturday afternoon at 2:30 p.m., by Rev. F. 
A. Webb, at the Black Funeral Home.
  Interment was made in the Addison Cemetery, under the direction of Samuel 
Black, mortician.
