Younkin, 73, Confluence, went to be with her Lord on March 19, 2000 at Henry Clay Villa in Markleysburg. Born April 23, 1926 in Markleton, a daughter of Charles and Minnie (Snyder) Cameron. Preceded in death by parents, husband Lester M. and a son, James. She is survived by these children: Betty McClintock and Charles Younkin both of Confluence, Frances Kuna and Rex Younkin, both of Somerset; 11 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren and a brother, Lee Cameron of Addison. She was a former member of the Confluence Volunteer Fire Department Ladies Auxiliary and the Somerset American Legion. Friends will be received from 2 to p.m. today at the Humbert Funeral Home, Confluence, where here services will be held Tuesday at 1 p.m. with the Rev. Duane Riddle officiating.
