Naugle, 63, of South Market Street, Ligonier, died unexpectedly Friday evening. Born Oct. 6, 1914, in Wilkinsburg, Pa., he was a son of the late George and Alpha Gorsuch Naugle. A veteran of World War II he was a member of Ligonier American Legion and the VFW., A graduate of MIT, he was a former professor at the Greensburg Institute of Technology. Surviving are children, Mrs. James (Susan) Glick of Plymouth, Mich., the Rev. John S. of Masontown, Pa., Richard G. of McAllen, Tex., and Mrs. John (Gretchen) Best of Bolivar R. D. 1; one brother, Harry of Albuquerque, N. M., and seven grandchildren. Friends are being received in Snyder Funeral Home, Bell and East Church Streets, Ligonier, from 7 to 9 p.m. Monday. Funeral services will be held in the funeral home chapel at 10 a.m. Tuesday with his son officiating. Interment will follow in Ligonier Valley Cemetery.
