Mrs. Sara Jane Overcash, widow of the late Samuel Overcash, died at 4:15 o'clock
Saturday afternoon, at her home on Fairfield street, Ligonier, in her 85th year.
She had been bedfast for the past two weeks. Mrs. Overcash was a member of the
St. James Evangelical Lutheran Church, Ligonier. She is survived by one son,
Walter Overcash, of Ligonier, and two grandchildren. Funeral services will be
held at 2:30 o'clock tomorrow afternoon at the home of her son, Walter Overcash,
in charge of the Rev. Oscar W. Carlson, pastor of the Ligonier Lutheran church.
Interment is to be made in the Ligonier Valley cemetery.
