Latrobe Bulletin Tue May 07 1974 
Mrs. Anna M. Rodgers, 80, of Latrobe RD 2, died Saturday evening in the
Westmoreland Hospital, Greensburg. Born Aug. 6, 1893, in Dubois, she was the
daughter of the late Peter Sarkans and Anna Radgekinis Radgers. She was a member
of St. Vincent Basilica and Rosary Altar Society of St. Bartholomew, Crabtree.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Andrew F., on Aug. 24, 1973. She is
survived by three sons, Lawrence R., at home, and Henry J. and Raymond P., both
of Latrobe RD 2; six grandchildren; four great-grandchildren, and one brother,
Ernst Sarkans.
Friends are being received at the John J. Lopatich Funeral Home, Latrobe, from 3
to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. daily. Funeral mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Wednesday
in the St. Vincent Basilica. Interment will follow in the St. Vincent Cemetery
